Is the rumor true that living in a car makes you fat? Yes, it really does make you fat.

Things that have been troubling me lately

I tried doing sit-ups, buying DVDs by the popular trainer AYA, doing aerobics, and many other things, but in the end, I just couldn't keep up. However, "I've been trying to lose weight and get back in shape....I'm not eating that crazy and I'm breastfeeding so I should lose weight, so why can't I lose weight...I had been unconvinced for a long time, but yesterday I found out why.

The reason you don't lose weight is because

Yesterday I went to work by train for the first time in a long time after the end of the Bon Festival. It was pouring in the morning, so the train was very humid and my back was sweating like a waterfall. After arriving at Umeda, I walked underground, but the air conditioner was not working very well, probably because it was early in the morning.... Sweat was pouring from my forehead, back, and all over my body as I walked.

."I haven't sweated this much in a long time!and stay hydrated.(Probably drank about 3 liters of water yesterday)I had a good Japanese meal for lunch and came home in the evening. I had dinner, ate some snacks I bought in Umeda, and got on the scale this morning...

You're skinny...!

I looked back on my recent life. Yes, I usually drive all the time, don't walk at all, and don't sweat at all. If I took the train every day, walked to and from my daughter's kindergarten, and took the bus, I would lose weight.

I guess I should walk once in a while instead of driving Panamera all the time.
