Why a honeymoon destination that had been undecided for two years was decided on in Germany in two seconds.

Where shall we go on our honeymoon?

My wife and I got married about five years ago. At that time"Shall we go on our honeymoon or not?"We talked about it, but it wasn't something we really wanted to do, and we are the type of people who don't go to any events with each other, so before we knew it, we had stopped talking about it.

Just from the people around me.'You're married, but you're not going on a honeymoon?'You can only go at a time like this. You should go."And every time they say, "What are you going to do? Do we go on our honeymoon?" I would ask my husband, "What are you going to do?

Husband: "Well, where do you want to go?"
Me: "Ummm...Italy?"
Husband: "Do you really want to go?"
Me: "No, nothing."
Husband: "What about Australia?"
Me: "I've been there twice. Then the ocean? A resort?"
Husband: "We both hate the ocean."
Me: "Yeah, what about Switzerland?"
Husband: "Fine, but what are you doing here?"
Me: "I heard you can run in nature on the Whataburger Train."
Husband: "Okay, but do you really want to go?"
Me: "No, nothing."
Husband: "Like Spain?"
Me: "What's in Spain?"
Husband: "I don't know."
Me: "............, you don't dare go on your honeymoon, do you?"
Husband: "...yeah, right."

and the conversation about the honeymoon always ended immediately.

A friend's advice led me to Germany.

Then one day, when we had been married for almost two years. My friend R, who is a travel guru, told me this.

I don't know if it's too late, but why don't you go to Germany for your honeymoon? Your husband loves cars, right? In Germany, there are car manufacturer museums, and it is fun to rent a car and drive on the autobahn.Isn't that right?"

...Oh, I see...indeed!

Even my husband, who has no interest in travel, might show some interest if I teased him about the car, and that idea might be pretty good! So I immediately asked my husband when he got home that day.

"R-chan said, 'Why don't you go to Germany for your honeymoon? "R-chan said, 'Why don't we go to Germany for our honeymoon? She said there are Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Porsche museums in Germany, and that it would be fun to rent a car and drive on the autobahn.

Then, with great force, my husband replied.

That's it! Let's go to Germany! When are we going?

...Are you serious? ...Even though my husband is a car enthusiast, I never thought he would get on board so quickly.... So, after two years of not being able to decide on a honeymoon destination, we instantly decided on "Germany" (explosion).

Regrets of the trip to Germany

So, I asked my parents to babysit my oldest daughter, who will soon be one year old, and we are going to Germany for a week. My husband was researching about Germany at a great pace.

The Porsche Museum and the Mercedes-Benz Museum are located close to each other, so it would be better to visit them on the same day. BMW is a bit far away... Audi is much further. Rent a car in Frankfurt and drive on the autobahn. The Romantic Road looks so nice! I think we should rent a 911, but I think a Boxster would be better..."

I followed his lead and had a reasonably enjoyable honeymoon.

But I wasn't as interested in Porsche as I am now, or rather, I wasn't interested in cars at all.

I did not get an international driver's license and specialize in passenger seats.
I was so comfortable on the Romantic Road and the Autobahn that I fell asleep the whole time.
Even at the museum, I was more desperate to pick out a souvenir than a car.

In hindsight, this was a great waste of time and money.

thereforeI'd love to go to Germany again and rent a Panamera and drive the Romantic Road and the Autobahn."I sincerely hope that the world will be better off today.

    Hello.

I find all of your articles interesting no matter how far you go.

    >I was so comfortable on the autobahn that I slept the whole time!

    It's great.
My wife was also a passenger on the Autobahn.
It's so scary, it's like being on a roller coaster for hours.
My shoulders got really stiff (angry).
I don't want to be on the Autobahn again." So they say.
My wife was relaxed the whole time at Out Strada in Italy, though.

Someday you will be driving a Panamera in Germany.
    You might run into them.
My son also wants to visit the Porsche Museum, so.
