It feels like a dream.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"style3a\">Schedule Until Delivery<\/h3>\n<p>Regarding the time from ordering to delivery of the new Panamera Turbo, the Porsche dealer we rely on has a long history with Porsche and is said by our contact to have a relatively large production allocation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Even so, it takes 7 months from ordering to delivery for the new Panamera Turbo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Looking at the details:<\/p>\n<p class=\"well2\"><span style=\"font-size: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u30fbMarch 5: Ordered the new Panamera Turbo<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 80%;\">(At that time, the production slot was probably August, with delivery expected around November)<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 150%;\">\u2193<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u30fbEarly June: Dealer contact informed us that a July production slot was secured<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span>\u2193<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u30fbJuly 6: Dealer contact informed us that production had started at the factory<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 80%;\">(They said the arrival in Japan might be earlier, possibly around October)<br \/>\n<\/span>\u2193<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u30fbAugust 3: Dealer contact informed us that the car was completed and loaded onto the ship<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 80%;\">(At that time, the earliest delivery was said to be late September)<br \/>\n<\/span>\u2193<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u30fbSeptember 2: Visited the dealer to complete delivery procedures<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 80%;\">(Delivery was expected between early and mid-October. Since I planned to attend the WEC starting October 14 in the Panamera Turbo, I earnestly asked them to make sure it arrived by then)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The actual production doesn\u2019t even take a full month. Once the production slot is assigned, things seem to proceed smoothly, but even the dealer contact can\u2019t predict the details. It seems to differ between the Turbo, 4S, and e-Hybrid models.<\/p>\n<p>I wonder how many people in Japan are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their newly ordered Panamera.
