Better to take these photos now.<\/h3>\n

It\u2019s been 9 months since our Panamera Turbo was delivered, and dust has started to settle on the steering wheel, plus my younger daughter\u2019s runny nose and drool have gotten on the seats (sorry for the gross details)<\/span>. I try to wipe it off whenever I notice, but I suddenly thought it would be better to take photos of the interior while it\u2019s still clean.<\/p>\n

Regarding the Panamera Turbo\u2019s interior, quite a few features come standard (and since it costs a pretty penny, I\u2019m glad they include a lot of stuff, otherwise I\u2019d be annoyed lol)<\/span>. Here\u2019s the list:<\/p>\n

\n\u30fbFront Comfort Seats (Memory Package \/ 14-way electric adjustment)
\n\u3000…The driver and passenger seats can be adjusted electrically for seat height, seat position, backrest angle and length, plus 4-way lumbar support. Seat position, steering column position, and door mirror angle can each be memorized. Map pockets are attached to the backrests of both front seats.<\/span>

\n\u30fbSmooth leather interior
\n[Roof]<\/strong>
\n\u30fbAlcantara roof lining (including A\/B\/C pillars and sun visors)

\n\u30fbPCM \/ Connect Plus \/ USB charging ports (rear \/ 2 ports)

The dark walnut interior package is also popular, but I think carbon really gives the interior a sportier feel. Now, let me introduce each part with photos.<\/p>\n

\u2460 Seat Photos and Description<\/h3>\n

Our Panamera Turbo\u2019s seats are black leather.<\/p>\n

Black really hides dirt well. The texture looks like this (I wonder if you can tell…)<\/span>. Also, the headrests are embossed with the word \u201cturbo.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

All four seats, including the rear, have this embossing, but there\u2019s a free option to remove the \u201cturbo\u201d logo from the headrests<\/strong>. The seats have 14-way electric adjustment, and the buttons look like this.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The buttons correspond to seat shape for forward\/backward movement, height, tilt, etc., making adjustments very easy. Once you find your ideal position, you can press the \u201c1\u201d or \u201c2\u201d buttons on the door to save the settings. (Including door mirror angles)<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\u2461 Roof Photos and Description<\/h3>\n

The Panamera Turbo comes standard with Alcantara roof lining<\/strong>. Very luxurious. Though my photography skills are lacking… I wonder if I can convey where the Alcantara starts and ends, or its texture…<\/p>\n

The sun visors (I think that\u2019s what they\u2019re called?)<\/span> are also Alcantara.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Alcantara looks cool, but since my kids are little, if the seats were Alcantara, drool and runny noses would be a problem. So having Alcantara only on the upper parts that don\u2019t get dirty is pretty nice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2462 Center Console Photos and Description<\/h3>\n

The center console is spacious. Like this.<\/p>\n

\"\"Ah\u2014<\/p>\n

But it\u2019s hard to convey the size (lol). By the way, since we have the Carbon Interior Package, this part changes from wood to carbon.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

There are two cup holders of different sizes,<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

and we have the free option cup holder cover. When you lift the cover (it pops up immediately when you press the button)<\/span>, it looks like this.<\/p>\n

\"\"
\n(By the way, if you leave the cover closed for a while, quite a bit of dust and debris can accumulate underneath, so be careful)<\/span><\/p>\n

The two cup holders have the front one slightly smaller, but coffee cups or 500ml bottles you\u2019d commonly drink on drives fit just fine. Like this.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Next to the cup holders is a storage box that holds a decent amount.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The rear center console looks like this, with carbon in the middle because of the Carbon Interior Package,<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

and has switches for seat ventilation, with a small storage compartment above. (We didn\u2019t install a rear-seat navigation system)<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Opening the carbon section reveals cup holders and a cigarette lighter socket.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

My kids sometimes play opening and closing this carbon part and occasionally pinch their fingers and cry (lol. But the gap is wide enough so it\u2019s not serious)<\/span>.<\/p>\n

\u2463 Steering Wheel Photos and Description<\/h3>\n

The steering wheel looks like this. (I wonder if the option for the double-line marker at the top of the wheel was removed in the new model?)<\/span> It has buttons for idling stop, volume mute, and other controls.<\/p>\n

Because we have the Sport Chrono Package, there\u2019s this stopwatch in the center.<\/p>\n

\u2464 Dashboard Photos and Description<\/h3>\n

The dashboard also turns carbon with the Carbon Interior Package (sorry it\u2019s hard to see)<\/span>.<\/p>\n

and of course the passenger and rear doors are carbon as well,<\/p>\n

and when you open the door, the standard brushed aluminum front door sill guards (with model logo)<\/strong> show the \u201cPanamera turbo\u201d lettering.<\/p>\n

I usually don\u2019t look at this, so it was the first time I really stared at it (lol).<\/p>\n

That\u2019s basically an overview of the interior photos and features. However, this time I didn\u2019t cover rear seat space or the feel of the seat ventilation<\/strong>, so I plan to write about those in a future article.<\/p>\n

Still, shooting with a DSLR really makes a difference.
