About a year and a half ago, when I started my second company, I told my husband, “I want to build this company into something special. I want to create a world like this.<\/strong>” That\u2019s when he said this to me:<\/p>\n That feeling is important. But before you talk about ideals and philosophy, first you have to make money. That\u2019s what he said.<\/p>\n And he was absolutely right. No matter how much you talk about ideals, if the sales don\u2019t follow, you can\u2019t keep the company going.<\/p>\n He went on to say:<\/p>\n If you\u2019re serious about increasing sales, you have to focus on making your customers truly happy<\/strong>. At the time, I understood what he meant.<\/p>\n I wanted to increase sales, I wanted to earn well, and I truly believed I was sincerely thinking about the customers right in front of me.<\/p>\n But back then, sales just weren\u2019t coming in.<\/p>\n \u201cHow can I make a service that sells?\u201d<\/strong> I kept thinking hard and making improvements, and I put my heart into every project I won, but sales didn\u2019t rise as expected, and referrals didn\u2019t increase.<\/p>\n Why\u2026?<\/p>\n Looking back now, I realize my starting point was off. That phase lasted about a year, but only recently have I truly come to understand what my husband meant back then.<\/p>\n Thanks to that, now referrals and projects are increasing, and I\u2019m happily overwhelmed.<\/p>\n I can\u2019t handle it all alone, so I\u2019ve been organizing the internal team and hiring new contractors\u2026 and even while doing that, projects keep coming in, so I\u2019m running around trying to keep up.<\/p>\n I want to update the blog too, but between work, childcare, and housework (even though I don\u2019t do housework properly, haha), I barely have time. Lately, I\u2019ve even completely forgotten that my first Porsche, the Carrera T, was about to be delivered<\/strong>.<\/p>\n So why has the situation changed compared to a year ago?<\/p>\n I believe it\u2019s because I seriously faced the challenge of increasing sales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n When I started thinking realistically and seriously about how to hit monthly sales targets,<\/p>\n \u201cThere are more ways to try!\u201d<\/strong> I found myself flooded with things I needed to do.<\/p>\n During negotiations, imagining the customer\u2019s problems and seriously thinking about solutions, I started saying things like \u201cThis part is a waste\u2026 if you do it this way, it will be solved!\u201d<\/strong> almost like impromptu consulting, which began leading to orders.<\/p>\n Every day, as I talk about my business to many people, my words become clearer and my passion shines through\u2026<\/p>\n And as that happens, more and more connections start to grow.<\/p>\n I\u2019m finally experiencing firsthand what my husband meant when he said, “If you focus on increasing sales first, it leads to customer satisfaction, and sales will rise.<\/strong>”<\/p>\n \u201cI wish I had realized this sooner\u2026!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n I think it\u2019s because of various experiences and timing that I was able to realize it now.<\/p>\n In that sense, buying the Carrera T and switching on my earning mindset was definitely a turning point.<\/p>\n My husband often says, “This world is a competition to make others happy.<\/strong>” The game is won by those who bring joy to the most people.<\/p>\n For example, on a small scale, things like \u201calways smiling,\u201d \u201cproperly expressing thanks,\u201d and \u201clistening carefully to others\u201d<\/strong> are all part of this joy competition.<\/p>\n If you sincerely focus on making the person in front of you happy, and expand your capacity to 10 people, 100 people\u2026 your own level will keep rising.<\/p>\n This world is very simple.
