I experienced this firsthand when driving in a downpour at Fuji Speedway. However, if you\u2019re like me and enjoy more adventurous touring\u2014driving on snowy roads, rain, slightly icy patches all in one day\u2014then the all-wheel drive is definitely more reassuring.<\/p>\n When my husband drove the 992 Cabriolet at a track day held at Fuji Speedway in a heavy downpour, our family was watching from the home straight. We were amazed at how stable and fast it was, even in such severe rain.<\/p>\n The next question was, “My body color is Aventurine Green, but I\u2019m torn between Spider wheels and Turbo wheels.<\/strong>”<\/p>\n His answer was:<\/p>\n Spider wheels look incredibly cool and are tempting to choose. But Spider wheels are heavier and worsen ride comfort<\/strong>, so you should pick them knowing that. I\u2019ve driven models with Spider wheels a few times, and the ride wasn\u2019t as comfortable as with regular wheels. By the way, I think Aventurine Green suits a classic vibe, so if it were me, I\u2019d go with classic wheels.<\/p>\n The third question was, “I\u2019ve heard the seat ventilation makes quite a bit of noise when operating. Should I add it to the Cabriolet?<\/strong>”<\/p>\n My husband said:<\/p>\n I don\u2019t notice the operating noise at all<\/strong>, even if people say it\u2019s loud. And since I use seat ventilation almost every day in summer drives, if you drive often, I definitely recommend adding it. Also, while not seat ventilation, the steering wheel heater is amazing.<\/strong> On cold winter days, you might drive with the top down, and normally the steering wheel would be freezing cold. But with the heater on, the wheel warms up quickly at the push of a button, making driving very comfortable.<\/p>\n The fourth question was, “What do you think about the option to make the tail and brake lights clear?<\/strong>”<\/p>\n My husband replied:<\/p>\n That\u2019s a matter of personal taste, so either way is fine. But if it were me, I wouldn\u2019t go clear. I think Aventurine Green suits a classic look, so I\u2019d keep it orthodox.
