Increasing Your Income to Buy a Porsche<\/h3>\n

The other day, I wrote an article titled “To Buy a Porsche, Increase Your Income<\/a>,” and after reading it, someone sent me this message on Twitter:<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t have any Porsche owners around me, so I rarely get a chance to hear their stories. I\u2019d love to read about your husband\u2019s philosophy on earning and his way of thinking.<\/p>\n

So, I thought about it.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve occasionally written on this blog about “how my Porsche-owning husband thinks and acts regarding work and earning money<\/strong>,” but I realized we haven\u2019t had that kind of conversation lately, so I asked him again.<\/p>\n

He said this:<\/p>\n

Well… when it comes to how to earn or what the very first step should be, it really depends on the person, so I can\u2019t say it generally… But from a mindset perspective, I think the ability to “invest money<\/strong>” is a pretty important point.
\nSociety tends to see spending money as wasteful, so people naturally focus on saving. But if you act with the awareness of using money wisely\u2014money that works for you\u2014your dreams can come much closer.<\/p>\n

He continued:<\/p>\n

For example, if you “want to buy a Porsche someday<\/strong>” but have never driven one, I think it\u2019s important to have an opportunity to actually experience driving a Porsche at least once<\/strong>.
\nAnd not just a casual test drive around town, but a chance to truly feel the performance and joy of a Porsche.
\nIn that sense, I think trying the driving programs at the Porsche Experience Center<\/a> that recently opened in Chiba Prefecture is a great idea.
\nSure, it\u2019s expensive\u2014about 50,000 to 100,000 yen for 90 minutes. Many might think it\u2019s a waste of money or that it\u2019s something only wealthy Porsche owners enjoy.
\nBut for those who want to drive a Porsche in the future and are motivated to increase their income by changing something in their life, taking that program could be money well spent that changes their future.
\nWith a one-on-one instructor, you get to feel the full acceleration, full braking, and cornering\u2014really experiencing the greatness of a Porsche. It\u2019s incredibly fun and inspiring.
\nOf course, since the program is pricey, you might need to cut back on something else. But if afterward you feel, “I\u2019m definitely going to buy a Porsche someday! I\u2019ll seriously think about how to earn more and take action!<\/strong>,” then that\u2019s truly money well spent.<\/p>\n

A few years ago, before my husband could afford a Porsche:<\/p>\n

We chose Germany for our honeymoon and rented a Porsche 911 for about a week, driving on the Autobahn and the Romantic Road (though I, not being interested in cars at the time, mostly slept in the passenger seat\u2026).<\/p>\n

The rental fee was quite high\u2014several hundred thousand yen for the week.<\/p>\n

But that was the first time my husband drove a Porsche, and he was deeply moved. His motivation to “definitely buy a Porsche<\/strong>” grew stronger, and after returning home, he worked even harder and was able to get a Porsche about a year later.<\/p>\n

Looking back, he says:<\/p>\n

Renting and experiencing a Porsche in Germany definitely sped up the realization of my dream to buy one, and my annual income increased as well. I\u2019ve more than made back the cost of those tens of thousands of yen. I\u2019m really glad I took the plunge and rented it then.<\/p>\n
