He was a large baby, weighing over 3,500 grams at birth and already over 5 kilograms at his one-month checkup.<\/p>\n<p>While I was happy he was growing well, I constantly worried, <strong>&#8220;If I keep holding him all the time, my lower back will definitely suffer.&#8221;<\/strong> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">(I had a slipped disc from holding my second daughter too much.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Also, I had heard that <strong>postpartum pelvic correction helps your body shape return more easily<\/strong>, so I told my husband I was interested in chiropractic care for that reason as well. Then he said,<\/p>\n<p class=\"well3\">If that\u2019s the case, why not try T\u2019s clinic? A friend of mine hurt her ribs and nothing helped, but after treatment at T\u2019s place, she was completely healed and very happy. He\u2019s really skilled.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s how I learned about T.<\/p>\n<p>I checked his website right away and saw that many moms come for postpartum pelvic correction, so I thought, <strong>&#8220;This might be perfect for me right now.&#8221;<\/strong> I decided to try it once.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-24101\" src=\"https:\/\/www.panamera-life.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/2398775_s.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After making an appointment and completing my first one-hour session, I was amazed. The bones around my pelvis had clearly shifted inward, and when I checked myself in a full-length mirror, the tension in my lower back and thighs was noticeably relieved.<\/p>\n<p>I was thrilled, thinking, <strong>&#8220;No matter what I did before, my lower body never slimmed down, but to see a change after just one session is incredible!&#8221;<\/strong> I continued visiting regularly for about two months and now go once a month for maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s been eight months since I started, and the visible effects include slimming of my lower body and my pants from before my first pregnancy fitting loosely again. <span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">(Though I\u2019m still quite a bit heavier than when I was single, haha.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Every day, I carry my son, who weighs over 10 kg, on my back in a baby carrier for about 5 to 6 hours while doing housework and writing my blog, but so far, I haven\u2019t had any back pain or discomfort\u2014not even a slipped disc.<\/p>\n<p>Not to brag, but I don\u2019t exercise or do any strength training <span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">(though I probably should, haha)<\/span>, so I\u2019m really surprised by the results.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"style3a\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Commitment_to_Customer_Satisfaction\"><\/span>A Commitment to Customer Satisfaction<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Regarding T\u2019s work ethic, beyond his technical skill, I was especially impressed by his <strong>commitment to customer satisfaction, ability to open people\u2019s hearts, and motivational power<\/strong>. I\u2019d like to focus on these points.<\/p>\n<p>First, about his <strong>commitment to customer satisfaction<\/strong>, T recently said:<\/p>\n<p class=\"well2\">I place the utmost importance on <strong>impressing customers the first time they come<\/strong>. If they don\u2019t feel the effects on their first visit, there won\u2019t be a second. There are an astonishing number of chiropractic clinics nowadays, but to be chosen among them, it\u2019s crucial to deliver results on the first visit and <strong>exceed customers\u2019 expectations and move them emotionally<\/strong>. That\u2019s what I aim for every day in my treatments.<\/p>\n<p>T was once introduced in a book as having the <strong>&#8220;hands of a god,&#8221;<\/strong> but I felt his skill is truly supported by his belief in <strong>giving customers a moving experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-24104\" src=\"https:\/\/www.panamera-life.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/3506842_s.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Also, T has been running his clinic alone since opening. It\u2019s <strong>by appointment only and always one-on-one treatment<\/strong>. When I asked why, he explained:<\/p>\n<p class=\"well2\">People often imagine chiropractic clinics with <strong>multiple beds lined up, separated by curtains&#8230;<\/strong> This allows treating several customers simultaneously, increasing the clinic\u2019s revenue. But I believe <strong>one-on-one treatment allows me to provide greater satisfaction both through conversation and treatment<\/strong>, so I operate this way. Many business owners and people in important positions come to my clinic, and it can be hard to talk about work with others around. But <strong>one-on-one, customers feel safe to open up, leading to honest and deep conversations<\/strong>. Some even say, &#8220;Talking with T is the highlight of my visits.&#8221; Also, if the therapist changes every time, even if customers say &#8220;I feel better&#8221; or &#8220;That felt good,&#8221; their fundamental issues might not improve in the long run. I make sure to conduct thorough counseling at the first visit, sharing their lifestyle, current concerns, and goals, so I want to take responsibility until the very end.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-24102\" src=\"https:\/\/www.panamera-life.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/1351826_s.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This <strong>appointment-only, one-on-one<\/strong> style was also very helpful for me, as I have to move around with a baby.<\/p>\n<p>T\u2019s words and actions are always rooted in the belief of <strong>&#8220;how can I make customers even happier?&#8221;<\/strong>, and that unwavering dedication is truly professional.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"style3a\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Ability_to_Open_Peoples_Hearts\"><\/span>The Ability to Open People\u2019s Hearts<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Regarding his <strong>ability to open people\u2019s hearts<\/strong>, T has exceptional communication skills. He\u2019s like the &#8220;sun&#8221; in the story of the North Wind and the Sun\u2014warm and gentle. Before you know it, you find yourself completely opening up to him.<\/p>\n<p>I think this is because T is very skilled at getting into people\u2019s comfort zones.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s great at listening and drawing out stories, but he\u2019s also genuine and shares a lot about himself. He neither pushes too hard to get close nor keeps too distant, maintaining a comfortable balance, so you naturally start sharing more and more.<\/p>\n<p>As you communicate, your sense of security with T builds trust, and since he understands your body better than you do, you feel like <strong>you want to keep asking him for treatment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"style3a\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Motivational_Power\"><\/span>Motivational Power<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Finally, what I find amazing about T is his <strong>motivational power<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m in my 30s and have given birth three times, gaining 10\u201312 kg each pregnancy and struggling to lose it afterward, growing quite a bit compared to my single days, haha.<\/p>\n<p>But after my first son was born, I vaguely thought, <strong>&#8220;This will be my last birth, so I want to lose weight this time.&#8221;<\/strong> When I casually mentioned this to T, he said,<\/p>\n<p class=\"well2\">This is a great opportunity\u2014let\u2019s do our best! Let\u2019s surprise the people you meet on Royu Driveway! I\u2019ll support you!<\/p>\n<p>True to his words, T taught me a lot based on his experience about <strong>how important diet management is compared to exercise<\/strong> and <strong>what it means to eat balanced, healthy meals three times a day<\/strong>. When I visited for treatment, he encouraged me, saying, <strong>&#8220;Don\u2019t worry, you\u2019re definitely seeing results!&#8221;<\/strong> to keep my motivation up.<\/p>\n<p>For someone like me who had a 20-year habit of snacking <span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">(I used to eat six choco pies first thing in the morning\u2026)<\/span>, changing habits was tough. But by taking two steps forward and one step back repeatedly, I steadily improved. Now, my digestion is better, my skin breakouts have almost disappeared, and <strong>I\u2019m living the healthiest life I\u2019ve had in the last 10 years.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I couldn\u2019t quit sweets before, but now I\u2019m satisfied without eating much, and my pants are naturally loosening without forcing it. I\u2019m truly grateful to T for giving me this turning point.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"style3a\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Professional_Customer_Service_from_a_Porsche_Owner\"><\/span>Professional Customer Service from a Porsche Owner<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>As I felt when receiving <a href=\"https:\/\/www.panamera-life.com\/entry\/i-was-moved-so-much-202105\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TAKURO\u2019s customer service<\/a>, a true professional in customer service is someone who <strong>can motivate others and inspire behavioral change.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They draw out the passion sleeping inside a person and push them toward realization. Over the long term, they can even change their customers\u2019 lives. I think that\u2019s what it means to be a professional.<\/p>\n<p>Just like Porsche, which constantly improves to be the best sports car, Porsche owners also pursue, deepen, and master their work, continually honing their skills.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s so much to learn from this work ethic.
