Three Years Since Starting the Porsche Blog<\/h3>\n

This blog, “Welcome Home, PORSCHE,” which I launched in June 2017, feels like it has finally taken a step up the ladder after three years<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At the beginning, no one noticed it\u2014only my husband and I read it daily. A few months later, I decided to seriously commit to the blog, enlisted my husband\u2019s help, and around a year and a half after starting, the traffic began to grow,<\/strong> and more readers started supporting us.<\/p>\n

Since then, we\u2019ve kept improving little by little in our own way, sometimes challenging ourselves with YouTube<\/a> as well\u2026 My husband, who initially mainly supported the server side, also began writing articles, and the blog grew steadily in proportion.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

However, the state of “growing, but the growth curve stubbornly not crossing a certain line”<\/strong> persisted for a long time, so my husband and I often discussed<\/p>\n

“How can we get more people to read this?” and “What kind of articles do our readers want?”<\/p>\n

and continued running the blog steadily.<\/p>\n

What It Means for a Blog to Be Widely Read<\/h3>\n

Around July this year, the blog\u2019s momentum started to shift a bit. While it hasn\u2019t gone viral, the number of articles clearly gaining more traffic than before began to increase.<\/p>\n

Along with the joy of seeing results from our daily efforts, I also realized that being read by many people means facing more negative reactions than before<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Especially for a blog by owners of a luxury sports car like Porsche, it\u2019s natural that it can be interpreted in various ways.<\/p>\n

Still, I think this is perfectly normal. No matter the blog, media, or individual, when the audience grows, this phenomenon happens to some degree.<\/p>\n

So I don\u2019t see the current situation negatively; rather, I feel “We\u2019ve finally come this far. Now begins a new start.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

That said, this has made me even more careful about phrasing and word choice, sometimes thinking, “Maybe I shouldn\u2019t write this kind of article,”<\/strong> and ending up not writing it at all.<\/p>\n

Also, I feel the blog has become more cautious in expression, and when I reread it myself, I sometimes reflect, “Hmm\u2026 somehow I feel I used to write more honest and interesting articles before\u2026”<\/strong><\/p>\n

These thoughts have been swirling in my mind during late-night feedings with my son recently. (I know, I shouldn\u2019t be thinking about this while nursing, haha)<\/span><\/p>\n

A Blog That Helps People Buying a Porsche<\/h3>\n

Then one day, I suddenly thought:<\/p>\n

“Wait, why did I start this blog in the first place?”<\/p>\n

Originally, my husband said, seeing how much I was hooked on the Panamera, “If you love the Panamera that much, why not write a blog about it?<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Inspired by his words, I decided to express the wonderfulness of the Panamera and Porsche in my own words<\/strong>. I\u2019m not an automotive journalist or a writer commissioned by the manufacturer\u2014I\u2019m just an individual with no strings attached, and I believed there were things only I could write.<\/p>\n

As I kept writing, I gradually came to want to create a blog useful to those considering buying a Porsche, one that makes them think, \u2018Ah, this is exactly the information I wanted.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

With that in mind, I\u2019ve kept writing for three years.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

During these three years, our family\u2019s car lineup has changed significantly, our family has grown, and our circumstances keep evolving\u2014but my core feelings remain unchanged.<\/p>\n

So I realized I just need to cherish this feeling and keep writing. As a couple who loves cars, adores Porsche, and is quite biased toward Porsche, it would be great to continue sharing honest thoughts and impressions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thinking this way, I feel that going forward, blog management won\u2019t be about clever tricks but about how deeply I can believe in what I stand for.<\/p>\n

\u2026Though maybe I don\u2019t have to think so deeply and could just take a more relaxed approach (laughs).<\/p>\n

That\u2019s what I\u2019ve been thinking lately\u2026 so I\u2019m sure we\u2019ll keep going full throttle on the Porsche path, with my husband motivated by this to work hard, and me working hard on the blog toward the goal of buying a Porsche.
