The Relationship Between Cars and Women<\/h3>\n

In this world, there are people who stick with one car for a long time and those who quickly replace their cars within a short span<\/strong>. Often, this is likened to women, with sayings like “men who keep one car for a long time are faithful to women<\/strong>” or conversely, “men who frequently change cars are unfaithful<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Certainly, there seems to be some truth to this, and I\u2019ve touched on this topic before in my blog, but I think it also varies depending on age and how much someone loves cars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

I sometimes think that younger people who want to be popular with women and buy luxury cars might be seen as the latter type. However, many of the people my husband meets every week on the Royu Driveway truly love cars with all their heart<\/strong>, so that rule doesn\u2019t quite apply.<\/p>\n

After all, they\u2019re such car enthusiasts that they willingly pay tolls and come up early on their days off just to visit the Royu Driveway\u2019s observatory\u2026<\/p>\n

Every time, they chat about their cars while checking each other\u2019s rides, sometimes even swapping cars\u2026 I only go to Royu occasionally, but I\u2019m always amazed thinking, “They talk about cars every week and still never get tired of it\u2014that\u2019s impressive\u2026!<\/strong>” (laughs)<\/p>\n

Among them, there are many who replace cars every few months, add more cars to their collection, or own multiple luxury cars<\/strong>, but if you ask whether those people are unfaithful, I don\u2019t think you can say that for sure (though honestly, I don\u2019t really know, haha)<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Most of the people my husband knows are in their 40s to 50s, so age probably plays a big role, and many seem to carry the vibe of “they were probably popular when they were younger\u2026<\/strong>” but have since settled down. Still, (this is purely my impression)<\/span>, when it comes to true car lovers, adding cars or replacing them doesn\u2019t easily connect to their relationships with women.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Loving to Drive vs. Loving to Own<\/h3>\n

And just the other day, my husband said this:<\/p>\n

The difference between people who keep a car for a long time and those who frequently replace it might be whether they love driving the car or love owning the car itself.<\/strong>
\nFor example, me and my mentor wata-san<\/a> really love driving cars. People like that naturally rack up the miles on their beloved cars, and the more they drive, the more the car becomes familiar and dear to them. They tend to maintain their cars carefully and keep driving them for a long time.
\nOn the other hand, people who love owning cars tend not to drive them hard until they\u2019re dirty but always keep them spotless, shining in the garage. They also enjoy just looking at their cars.
\nThey don\u2019t rack up the miles, keep the car in excellent condition, and sell it before it depreciates too much, then switch to a new car\u2026 I think that\u2019s a very smart way to do it.
\nAs for me, I\u2019m the type who drives a lot, grows attached to the car as it becomes familiar, can\u2019t let it go, but then another attractive car appears, so I end up adding more cars. I might be the biggest loser type, haha.<\/p>\n

I see\u2026 That definitely makes sense. Any hobby, no matter what it is, has its deep (or should I say, bottomless? haha)<\/span> layers.<\/p>\n
