At first, I thought, <strong>&#8220;It\u2019s not that noticeable, so I\u2019ll just fix it when the timing feels right.&#8221;<\/strong> But before I knew it, six months had flown by.  <\/p>\n<p>Another concern was the fading coating on the car\u2019s body. After rainy days, the dirt buildup was especially bad\u2014like a mix of rain droplets and dust that left the body constantly looking grimy. Since I\u2019m not the type to wash my car frequently, I often drove around with it looking less than pristine\u2026 which didn\u2019t sit well with me. Again, six months slipped by unnoticed.  <\/p>\n<p>Finally, my husband noticed and said, \u201cThe coating\u2019s definitely worn off, so why not fix the wheels and get the glass coating done at the same time? However, it was my first time trying their glass coating service, and I was a bit nervous, thinking, <strong>&#8220;I wonder how it\u2019ll turn out\u2026 but if their wheel repair skills are this good, the coating should be excellent too.&#8221;<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p>My husband added, \u201cCho Bankin does a thorough polishing job, which is great. The local Keeper Lab used to offer polishing but doesn\u2019t anymore. For cars like Porsches, many shops avoid polishing because over-polishing or uneven polishing can cause issues. Only shops with serious skills take on that responsibility, so you can expect great results here.\u201d  <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"style3a\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Booking_System_Reflects_Their_Popularity\"><\/span>Booking System Reflects Their Popularity<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Cho Bankin is a highly sought-after shop, so immediate service isn\u2019t guaranteed. First, I visited the shop to get an estimate (though calling might work too), where they assessed the damage and provided a quote. Then I went home and waited for an opening.  <\/p>\n<p>About a week later, they called to say, \u201cWe can take your car now,\u201d and the work began. The initial estimate was about 10 days, but they promised, <strong>&#8220;We\u2019ll try to finish it in a week.&#8221;<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p>I opted not to use a loaner car, and the actual work was completed even faster\u2014in just four days.  <\/p>\n<p>When I picked up the car, the wheels looked flawless\u2014there was no sign of the previous scratches. Just like last time, the finish was immaculate.  <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-41187\" src=\"https:\/\/www.panamera-life.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/\u30b9\u30af\u30ea\u30fc\u30f3\u30b7\u30e7\u30c3\u30c8-2025-06-18-15.59.29-1280x937.jpg\" alt=\"Taycan Wheel\" width=\"1280\" height=\"937\" \/>  <\/p>\n<p>The glass coating made the body gleam with a slick, glossy finish\u2014like a brand-new car. What truly amazed me was how the car\u2019s beauty has endured through wind and rain without fading.  <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-41189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.panamera-life.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/\u30b9\u30af\u30ea\u30fc\u30f3\u30b7\u30e7\u30c3\u30c8-2025-06-18-16.01.24-1280x960.jpg\" alt=\"Porsche Taycan\" width=\"1280\" height=\"960\" \/>  <\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s been about a month since the coating, and during that time, we\u2019ve had several heavy rains. It reduces the frequency of washes, offering significant time and cost savings.  <\/p>\n<p>They also explained, <strong>&#8220;If the water repellency starts to fade, maintenance is available.&#8221;<\/strong> So I plan to have them do upkeep after six months to a year to keep the effect strong.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"48\" data-end=\"148\">The wheel repair and glass coating at Cho Bankin impressed me both in skill and price.
