The year is drawing to a close once again. To everyone who has connected with me through this blog over the past year, thank you so much. <\/p>\n

The Porsche Blog Enters Its 10th Year<\/h3>\n

This year, I struggled to find time to write articles. Or rather, it wasn\u2019t so much about physical time, but more about lacking the mental space to write for the blog<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Still, looking ahead to 2026, I want to carve out more time to focus on the blog and publish more articles. <\/p>\n

Glancing back at the calendar, I realized that since launching this blog in 2017, 2026 will mark its 10th year. <\/p>\n

Ten years already\u2026<\/strong> <\/p>\n

I started this when my youngest daughter was a newborn, and now she\u2019s almost 10 years old. It\u2019s quite something to think about. <\/p>\n

The Value of Continuing a Blog<\/h3>\n

Working now in B2B communications, I\u2019ve come to deeply appreciate the value of consistently sharing your voice<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Of course, the accumulation of articles becomes an asset. I\u2019ve probably written close to 1,500 posts by now. But even more valuable are the readers who engage with and support these articles, and the vibrant exchanges on platforms like X. <\/p>\n

These connections and trust can\u2019t be bought with any advertising budget. They\u2019re the result of time and dedication, and that\u2019s the unique view I\u2019ve gained. <\/p>\n

Though my posting frequency has slowed compared to the early days, I\u2019ve surpassed 100 YouTube live streams started a few years ago, and including earlier broadcasts on Clubhouse and X Spaces, it\u2019s close to 200 sessions (it\u2019s a shame the archives aren\u2019t all saved). <\/p>\n

Not every day rain or shine, but steadily building over time\u2014that\u2019s what has made this journey so rewarding. I want to continue cherishing this blog as an asset and the community it has created. <\/p>\n

The Courage to Pause and the Art of Letting Go<\/h3>\n

Looking back, 2025 was a year of relentless drive, pushing through and finishing what I started more than ever before. <\/p>\n

Thanks to the dramatic advances in AI, the speed of work multiplied many times over. <\/p>\n

Because I could do things faster and easier<\/strong>, I found myself in the second half of the year packing my schedule like I was possessed, thinking I can do even more! I can push harder!<\/strong> <\/p>\n

But amid those busy days, I was reminded of something important when I finally paused. <\/p>\n

That taking proper rest and quietly reflecting on the future are incredibly important.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

Using time in ways that run counter to efficiency is actually vital. <\/p>\n

Until now, juggling childcare, housework, and work, I kept prioritizing tasks and adjusting whenever balance threatened to tip\u2014essentially a reactive approach. <\/p>\n

But watching my children grow and living through these times, I\u2019ve decided to consciously raise the priority of \u201crest\u201d as a task. <\/p>\n

Once I made that decision, something strange happened: my perspective shifted, and the things I had clung to as \u201cabsolutely essential\u201d<\/strong> slipped away surprisingly easily. <\/p>\n

Looking back, I laugh at how stubborn I was, but that\u2019s a sign I\u2019ve climbed another step. A year from now, I\u2019m sure I\u2019ll look back and wonder \u201cWhy did I even worry about that?\u201d<\/strong>\u2014and that too will be growth. <\/p>\n

Next year, Tesla\u2019s FSD (Full Self-Driving) might finally arrive in Japan. While continuing to enjoy my beloved Taycan, I sometimes daydream about getting back behind the wheel of a manual transmission car<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

What the car life of 2026 holds is unknown, but that\u2019s part of the excitement. <\/p>\n

In 2026, I want to move forward valuing my own senses and intuition<\/strong> more than ever, beyond mere efficiency. I also plan to keep up YouTube live streams as a cherished space to connect with all of you, aiming for about one every one to two weeks. <\/p>\n
