“Honestly, those are super dirty and probably smell awful. Isn\u2019t it time to replace them?<\/strong>” <\/p>\nI replied, “Really? They don\u2019t smell that bad to me.<\/strong>” and he laughed, “No, no\u2014that\u2019s not even the point! LOL.<\/strong>” <\/p>\nSo, I finally decided it was time for a new pair. <\/p>\n
I\u2019m not usually very materialistic. I tend to use shoes, bags, and wallets until they\u2019re completely worn out, and sometimes I even buy the exact same model again just to avoid change. <\/p>\n
That\u2019s why I was holding on to these gloves as long as I could, but looking objectively, I probably crossed beyond the “barely usable” line\u2014actually, I\u2019d say I was well past it by then (laughs). <\/p>\n
