About the strange camaraderie among Panamera owners.

Riding the Panamera

Among Porsche cars, I think it is rare to see people driving Panameras. I guess I often see Cayenne, Macan, 911, Cayman, Boxster...except for Panamera, right?

So when I see a Panamera, I feel a strange sense of camaraderie. I stare at them so intently that I often notice that they are also staring at me... I sometimes catch their eyes as they pass me by, or I follow them in my rearview mirror.

Panamera GTS seen in the neighborhood

About 3 years ago, some time after I moved into my current home, I started seeing a white 970 Panamera GTS quite often. Whenever I drive it around town, it always has its back wings out, and when it starts off from a stoplight, it accelerates with a cool "Von! sound as the car accelerates to a cool "Voom!Ah! Mr. GTS was there today!I was so happy to find it," he said.

After a while, I began to see Mr. GTS going into and coming out of an alley near our house quite often, and I began to hear him say, "I've got to get out of here."I guess Mr. GTS lives around here.I became even more familiar with the

And a few months ago. I was out shopping at the Coop near our house and saw Mr. GTS parked there. He said, "Oh, and GTS, you're buying at the Coop!I thought, "I'm a good person," but I didn't know what kind of person the owner was....(As expected, I couldn't wait to get out of the car.)

Then the other day. I got in my Panamera to go to the Coop in our neighborhood, and as I left my house, I was right behind Mr. GTS who was waiting at the light.Oh, Mr. GTS!As I was driving behind him, I saw the GTS also entering the parking lot of the Coop!

Later, as I somehow parked near GTS and watched, a nice madam came out from inside.

At last, the time has come...

I went to the Coop the other day, thinking, "Oh my God, that's the guy who drove that car." The near miss rate is getting higher and higher. I parked the Panamera and got out of the car, and to my surprise, I ran into a madam getting into the GTS after shopping...!

When I bowed to him, he bailed me out.

I'm not sure if I'm a stranger, but I feel like one.

I don't know his name, his family background, or anything about him, but what is this strange camaraderie? And then, "He must definitely be a good guy.I don't know where he got the confidence to say "I'm a GTS member"...lol. For some reason, I have not seen Mr. GTS very often since then, but the next time I see him, I might talk to him.......................

I think these days that I do not understand why people who drive the same car as me go touring together on good terms.
