Touring from Nishinomiya to Fukui

K12 is a recommended route with many straight lines extending north from the Inagawa River and winding over mountain passes in the latter half of the route. After that, R372(a.k.a. Decansho Road)to the east. This road is wide because it is a national highway, and you can drive at high speed through the countryside.I personally call it "Hyogo's Romantic Road".

K54-R162 (③)

On the way, use K54 to go north to Sonobe.This K54 is a short distance, but often no one is running on it, plus the road is excellent.We could drive as much as we wanted. From Sonobe, we headed for Hiyoshi Dam, from where we drove to our K19 to R162. This area is called Miyama Kaido, and is known as a popular spot for motorcycle touring.

(5) R162-Mikatagoko Rainbow Line

Leaving the Angel Line behind, we drove along the coastline of R162. The temperature that day was 25-26 degrees Celsius. The humidity was low, the sun was soft, and it was a perfect open day.I feel better than any day I've ever run in the open.As much as possible, I ran through the comfortable seaside line, and my mood was completely California, where I went the other day.

When you enter the Rainbow Line of Mikatagoko and reach the top, everything you see is blue. The color of the ocean and the sky, it is hard to find such a blue view.

6) Encounter with Boxster GTS

After having a smoke and heading home, I spotted a white 981 Boxster ahead of me on R162.
