My Family's Car Life

Blog posts, this is how I write them - structure, editing points, etc.

Easy-to-read articles?

When I met with blog readers, I asked them if they would be interested inYour blog is clear and easy to read, how do you write?"Have you always been in the writing business? We are sometimes asked to say.

However, I don't write articles with a deep thought process myself."Yes, I know...I've been writing and speaking all my life... and I also like writing itself a lot.I kept getting responses that were not answers at all, such as, "I'm sorry.

And the other day. A reader of ours wrote a blog post on his blog (exponential lifeI learned that you introduced this blog to me in a blog post on the "Blogging for the 21st Century" (see the link below) with the sentence, "You are like the Porsche of the blogosphere, full of information while also being light and expressive in your writing.

Thank you for your kind words....

So I decided to take this opportunity to sort out a bit how I write my articles.

To begin with.I'm not a good reader of print.be(Hey... hey...)I can read novels and comic books. I can read novels and comic books, but when it comes to newspapers and business books, the contents do not enter my mind at all even if I read them. I myself am not good at reading the printed word, so even though I am such aHow can I make my writing easy to read, easy to understand, and fun to read?I try to write on a regular basis, thinking about "the

Today, I'd like to share with you some of my most common patterns of article writing.Composition" and "EditingWe decided to consider the two items in the following two sections.

1. Structure is based on Rakugo

First, about the structure of the article.(It's not as big a deal as it sounds.)In my case, I would say, "rakugoIt is made with reference to "the

One of my former employers had a senior colleague who was a very good presenter, and one day I asked him, "Why are you so good at speaking?" One day, I asked him why he was such a good speaker. He replied, "I am a very good speaker.I'm referring to rakugo. He said, "I'm not a fan of this.

I think rakugo is the most powerful presentation. A single story by a rakugo storyteller can make the listener feel as if he or she is in the presence of aThe feeling as if you were there experiencing the event with them. You can taste the "I" in the movie. There are no pictures or monitors, but it makes you imagine the scene, makes you laugh, attracts you, and makes you feel as if you are watching a movie or a drama. I was so impressed with this technology that I have been using it ever since.I'm thinking of rakugo.

And.

."I see...! I want to be able to speak and write in a way that brings a scene to mind, too!I thought, "I'd like to write about Rakugo," and for a while after that, I listened to Rakugo a lot. However, rakugo is so profound that I could not understand its essence at all... I always hope that I can write in a way that brings me as close to rakugo as possible.

(1) Write in stories

Articles in which I have experienced something(event participation, touring, etc.)For the "From the time you leave to the time you return home," thestoryI often write in the "What's new? For example, here is an article on the delivery of the GT3 Touring.

The morning of the day, the dealer representative picked us up at home in a Cayenne, we arrived at the Porsche Center, and together the couple saw the GT3 for the first time with their own eyes, and then wrote the story of how they went on their first run.

To all of you who have read the "It's as if I was there.I hope that you will feel as if you were in the same room as me, but since I am writing about a series of events, the length of the article will inevitably be long (explosion).

(2) Write anyway without worrying about appearance.

I know everyone has different ways of doing things.I don't care about the appearance, once I write the whole thing anyway.Whether the chronological order is reversed or the Japanese is written in a strange way, I write the general framework without worrying about it anyway, as if it were a rough draft.

On the other hand, if you try to write in beautiful sentences from the beginning, you will instantly be unable to write anything.

(3) Insert photo

It is extremely difficult to picture the scene from the text alone.Fortunately, blogs, unlike rakugo, don't need to be expressed only in words. So, I try to include as many photos as possible in my articles to match the text.

Come to think of it, when I witnessed the delivery of the GT3 in May, I took quite a few pictures. The Porsche on display in the store, my husband signing the papers, the person in charge putting on the gloves, the elevator ride, the coffee served, etc....

."You would never use a photo like this, would you?I've been taking pictures anyway, even of things I think areSome of these photos are surprisingly useful. But in reality, 90% of them are rejected... (laughs)

(4) Insert conversation

When listening to rakugo, we often hear conversations between characters. This "conversation" makes the story more realistic and more interesting.I think. Therefore, I frequently insert "conversations" in this blog, such as conversations with my husband or with the person in charge.

For example, the

She said, "My husband told me I should smooth out the gas pedal work."

Instead of writing it as

I told my husband, "Why don't you be more conscious of your gas pedal work? Instead of just turning it on and off, you should step on and off the gas pedal more gently. Then there will be less shift shock and your driving will be smoother. I was told.

Write like this.Dare to remain in Kansai dialectThe reason I am writing this is because I want to depict the conversation between the couple in a more realistic way.

(5) Keep in mind "one article, one laugh

If there are points in the text that make you laugh, there will be a sense of energy and enjoyment in it, so as much as possible, try to use the "One article, one laughI try to write my sentences keeping in mind the "what is the best way to get the most out of my writing".

However, I don't have the skill to make people laugh as hard as rakugo storytellers do, and everyone's sense of laughter is different. What you think is interesting to you is not interesting to those around you.I'm sure there will be many times when I say "I'm sorry....

However, there are quite a few articles that are written too seriously and don't have a single laugh (explosion).
