After getting off 911, first visit the East Sanctuary of Amanoiwato Shrine. If you go up the long stairs surrounded by big trees, you will see the shrine with a solemn atmosphere. There were no other worshipers here, so I visited slowly and then headed to West Sanctuary.

Nishihongu is where the Amanoiwato (cave) is located.Amano-iwato itself is located in the back of the shrine and cannot be seen from the shrine.On the day of the event, there was a free tour once every 30 minutes to see Amano-Iwato, where Mr. Miyaji guided me to the back of the shrine, so I decided to take part in it.
While listening to Mr. Miyaji's explanation, turn to the back of the shrine, and on the other side of the river, you can see the huge Amanoiwato. It's a pity that I can't show you in the photo because shooting is prohibited here.A rock larger than you can imagine is blocking a large cave, and the atmosphere is very solemn, and the air is tense.
I don't know the historical facts of mythology, but at least it's a place with an unusual atmosphere.
After feeling the overwhelming dignity and power from Amanoiwato, I headed to Amanoyasukawara.This is also a famous place in mythology, but the beauty of the water flowing through the river was impressive. And around the cave with the torii, many stones were piled up so that people could fulfill their wishes.
After going around Amanoiwato Shrine, take 911 and check the route again. I still have time. It is possible to use the highway as it is to return to Shimonoseki, where the hotel is reserved, but that is not interesting.

Then, I returned from Milk Road to Yamanami Highway and decided to run in the opposite direction on the road I ran on the day I came to Kyushu. For some reason, the Yamanami Highway on that day was quite vacant, and I could run as much as I wanted. After enjoying the wonderful winding, I arrived at Yufuin in no time.
Take the high speed from Yufuin IC and slowly cruising from here as if to heal the tiredness of your trip. Mostly leave it to ACC and run while enjoying the scenery.
A little early dinner while looking at the Kanmon Bridge at Mekari PA just before going to Honshu. Then, slowly cross the Kanmon Strait and tell Kyushu that it is divided. And on this day, I stayed overnight at a hotel in Shimonoseki.
Then, the next morning, I left early and headed for Hyogo prefecture, where my home is, using the Chugoku Expressway.
After all, the Chugoku Expressway is one of my favorite highways.There are ups and downs, and there are continuous highway corners, so you won't get tired of it for a highway.It is definitely the Chugoku Expressway rather than the Sanyo Expressway that runs in parallel.
On the way, I found a vehicle that seems to be a police car far behind. There is still enough distance from the police car, but while running carefully, I crossed a long uphill and then approached the descent, and suddenly a red light appeared in the rear-view mirror from behind.
With the special ability to react immediately to this red light, I change lanes at the speed of lightning and return to the driving lane in an instant.

But that police car is definitely too much to fly. Perhaps it was about 170-180km / h to close that distance in an instant.
There are quite a lot of intense police cars on the Chugoku Expressway around Yamaguchi Prefecture, so please be careful when driving safely.
After that, drive safely on the Chugoku Expressway. After noon, I arrived at my house and finished the grand touring for 6 nights and 7 days.
The total mileage this time is 2829km.The exact data is unknown because the fuel consumption was accidentally reset on the way, but it is probably around 10km / L.
