Porsche 911

If I were to buy one myself, I would want a Porsche 911 Targa - Why from a woman's point of view?

June 2017

The reason I started this blog was something my husband said to me. We had a 970 Panamera Edition at home at the time, and every time I drove it, I was so impressed with how good it was that IHow wonderful the Panamera is."She was sending emails to her husband at work that said, "I'm sorry.(I have no one else to share this kind of thing with...)

Then one day, I received this reply from my husband.

Yes, I can certainly understand that. That's the kind of car it is, isn't it? I mean, if you like Panamera so much, why don't you write a blog about it? W?

And.

."No, no, no, who's interested (-_-)(Sounds like a willow boson.)"

...but then I was thinking about it.In the future I will buy a Panamera GTS with my own money."It was June 2017, and I decided to start a blog with a light heart, thinking, "Well, I'll just write like a soliloquy.

Luxurious miscalculation...

Then in October 2017, I had to replace my 970 Panamera Edition with a 971 Panamera, initiallyI'm thinking 4S, 4E hybrid, maybe even normal..."We had talked about this. However, shortly after placing the order, there was a huge surprise: my husband

I'm going to go to the turbo. I'm going to go all the way to the turbo!

I was determined to make the best of the situation, and the Panamera Turbo arrived at my home. After that, I drove the Panamera Turbo, and while I was impressed by its excellence, a certain question gradually arose in my mind.

After having driven the Panamera and then the Panamera Turbo, I still have the goal of buying myself a Panamera GTS... I wonder if it really makes sense...

And. No, it's not without meaning, but when I was on the 970 Panamera EditionIf it's so amazing in the flesh, how amazing is the Panamera GTS!"I thought, I'm going to buy myself a Panamera GTS. But, it was an extravagant miscalculation... and before I could do that, I found out about a turbo that was even better...

Panamera GTS launched!

And the other day.The Panamera GTS was presented.

The specifications of the Panamera GTS and the Panamera Turbo are compared below.

...GTS, don't buy it... (-_-)

Of course, I think the Panamera GTS is amazing, and it should have a different appeal than the turbo, and when I test drive it...I want it!"You might think. But now that I know the Panamera Turbo, I'm sureIt's a fresh surprise that blows me away."I don't think I can feel the

althoughI'll buy myself a Porsche."I want to achieve this goal, so recently, I have been thinking again on a zero-based basis, "What would I want if I were me now?", no matter what the budget is, and I came to the conclusion after thinking about it in my fantasy as I like it at all...911 Targa. It was.

History of the birth of Targa and why we want it

The Targa is a derivative of the 911, first introduced at the 1965 Frankfurt Motor Show, and unlike the 911 Cabriolet, it features a semi-convertible body style.

The current 991 Targa is a very cool, nearly perfect, modernized version of the Targa when it was first released.

Incidentally, I had no idea about how the Targa came into being. In the 1970s, the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) banned the sale of convertible models with large open roofs, citing occupant safety in the event of a rollover.(They said they were going to ban it, but they didn't?)"This was the beginning of the project.

At the time, North America was a major market for open sports cars, and the 911 Targa was launched as a solution to this regulation. The Targa was structurallyEven if the vehicle rolls over with the roof open, a portion of the remaining roof will function as a roll bar to ensure occupant safety."and was designed to circumvent DOT regulations.
*Article source.Synonymous with convertible cars, the Porsche 911 Targa spells out the charms of the Porsche 911 Targa.

Oh my gosh, that's such a background (;)!

...And that's a pretty long preamble, but let me tell you why...

...female.
I'm not a very confident driver.
I still want to enjoy the ride.

I have come to the conclusion that I want a 911 Targa, and here is why.(I was wondering if you guys would be interested in such a thing...)

1 Because the roof is open

Until the Boxster GTS came to our house. It's embarrassing to ride in a convertible."I was thinking, "I've always wanted to see a convertible car. Whenever I see a convertible car in town, I tend to look at it because it is rare, and I also tend to look at not only the car but also the kind of people in it.

most likelyFashionable men and women who look good in sunglasses."I was not a fashionable madam who looked good in sunglasses, and like my husband, I did not like to attract attention or stand out, so I thought I would never want to ride in one.

However, when it came time to open up the Boxster and drive it on the winding roads and Ashiyu Driveway, I was pleasantly surprised...The sensation of feeling the seasons and being at one with the wind is an attraction that cannot be experienced with a sunroof.I felt that it was a good idea. So I thought that if I were to buy a car for myself, I would prefer a car with an open roof.

2 Because it's a four-wheel drive

The modern 911 is more than stable enough, even though it is RR.I think. I had the opportunity to test drive a 991 before.I'm having so much fun! I'm becoming a better driver!"I had no problems, no matter where I was, whether it was a mountain road or not. However, I often drive on highways and sometimes drive in heavy rain... I prefer to drive with more stability and without worrying about my driving skills.(Although, I'm curious about the WET mode that has been installed since the 992.)

It is true that the Targa is heavier, which may be a negative for a sports car where weight reduction is a major key, butEven the Panamera, which weighs over 2 tons, drives sporty, so the Targa should have no problem at all.

3 Aluminum Targa Bar

There seems to be some controversy about this design, but I like the design of this targa bar. I think it is a cool accent. Also, even though the aluminum targa bar was sealed on the 993, 996, and 997 models, it was revived on the 991 model. This design is the hallmark of the Targa."I guess I thought....

4 Because they are rarely seen in the city

If you want four wheel drive and open.'Why not a 911 Carrera 4 Cabriolet instead of a Targa?'You might say. But the reason I think Targa is a good choice is becauseYou rarely see them on the streets."From. In fact, I have only seen Targa running around town once or twice so far.

I prefer cars that not everyone drives so much to cars that I see a lot of on the street.(That's one of the reasons I like the Panamera better than the S-Class.)In this sense, Targa is very rare and attractive.

However, it seems that dealers don't get them very often because they are so rare, and Mr. H, the Porsche dealer in charge of our family, is a very nice guy.Targa is a whole lot less allotment than GT3!"He said.

Oh, that's so few...(;))

Targa, I want one!

So, for now, I'd like to buy one myself.Targa with bright red body color and black roof."It is.(I may not be able to tour long distances with the kids on board, though.)

I was thinking to myself, "How stylish and cool... I wonder what the 992 Targa will look like when it comes out..."

I mean, a bright red Targa really stands out (*_*)!

I'm not sure today if I want to stand out or not, I'm not sure of my state of mind, but whatever, let's just keep trying to reach our goals!
