Porsche Carrera T is finally in my house! The countdown to delivery has begun!

How to buy a Porsche

Carrera T, at last!

It's been almost 6 years since I started this blog.

The charm of the Panamera that was in our home at the time,I wish I could share it with more people."Some blogs were launched with a light heart,

Thanks to this, it has grown to be the most accessed personal car blog in Japan.

Thank you so much to our readers and to my husband, who has managed the project in a three-way relationship.

And I've been drawing since then.I'm buying a Porsche with my own money."After six years, this dream is finally about to come true.

Carrera T, which I have admired for several years.

Last fall, I ordered a Carrera T, ready to jump off the clean water stage and break a bone.

In fact, I had seen a promotional video for the late 991 Carrera T (the image color at the time was racing yellow) when it was announced a few years ago.

The coolness of the car grabbed my heart and I longed to drive this model with a manual transmission,

I love it! I would like to have this Carrera T someday, although the manual version did not come to Japan (at that time, there was no manual set in Japan)!I wonder if there is a way to buy parallel imports!"

She often told her husband things like.

But the Carrera T is still a cloud, and from that point on, I had forgotten that I had even said I wanted a Carrera T...

I never thought that a few years later, with various coincidences, I would be able to purchase a Carrera T.

I guess that means my subconscious has always wanted a Carrera T. lol.

The delivery date is determined!

Production of the Carrera T was completed in mid-February.

The completion of production was unexpectedly quick, but from that point on, the status of My Porsche never changed...

I wonder how long I'll be in a German port. I wonder how long I'll be in a German port."After about a month of fidgeting and checking every day.

Finally, the status changed and the ship sailed.

However, the status of my Porsche was still very slow to progress and was still near Yemen around April 10,

Later, Mr. H, the dealer representative, contacted me.

."The Carrera T is coming off the coast of Malaysia smoothly. It is scheduled to arrive at our store around the middle of May, and the car will be delivered around the end of May."

When I looked yesterday, it was near Kagoshima!

Wow, finally! Finally here we are...!

I had thought that it would be summer before the car arrived in Japan, but now that the car is finally on track for delivery, the realization of my dream is becoming a reality. (Although I don't really feel it yet...)

However, I still haven't sold my current car, Swisspo, so I need to move forward with that as soon as possible, and I also need to get all sorts of paperwork together...

In addition, I have to prepare for the Carrera T. I have to work hard every day to prepare for the Carrera T!

And if you apply for the Porsche Festival in June and are lucky enough to win,And it's just right because I can also go there to break in the Carrera T, If there are any blog readers there, I can unveil it quietly, and while I think it would be nice.

First of all, I'm going to prepare a lot of things so that there are no leaks. (I feel like I'm going to leak something...)

Finally!

    Good morning, mina.
    It is lowercase hiro.
I hope the Carrera T will be ready in time and I hope I can win the first Porsche Garage of the year too!

I have just barely gotten my entry in anyway, but will I win?

Anyway, I hope you can head to Kisarazu with your new Carrera T.

    Enjoy the moment! (^^)d

      Thank you for everything!

My family has not applied for a Porsche garage,
I will apply for the Porsche Festival when the application period opens.

      Hope to see you there!

    Tobi.
I commented the other day that we are on the same flight! I'm kind of glad to see that so many people have commented that they are on the same flight as me!
I had heard that it would arrive in Toyohashi around April 21, so it arrived on schedule, but the tracker is still in the Indian Ocean, and I wonder if the VW Group will be able to handle the DX.
My car was serviced late at the Toyohashi port due to the consecutive holidays, and I was informed that the dealer would arrive around May 24, and the car will probably be delivered at the beginning of June.
Is it that long? I wondered if there are a lot of port installation options and looked into it.

I guess that's how it is during the holidays and now that the backorders are being processed and restored from Corona, it's probably like that.
Just because I came early doesn't mean that things are going to be great, nor does it mean that I can ride around because I'm busy (I don't think I'll have time to ride...). But, I am busy,
I still hope it comes soon, it's going to be a long neck!

      Tobi!

A lot of people are in the same boat, and there's already a great sense of camaraderie (laughs).
      I'm glad to hear it.

I see...yes, with the holidays coming up, I have heard that there are a great number of back orders for Coronas, 911s, etc. right now,
      It takes time to respond...

I think it will be around the same time when the car is delivered.
      I hope it comes soon!

      Thank you!
Once I applied, it looks like I got my slot!

  4. SN

I'm SN and I contributed an article on the Panamera 4E Hybrid in the past. I have not seen your blog for a long time, and I see that you have purchased a 911 and will be taking delivery of it this month!
In fact, coincidentally, I am also scheduled to take delivery of my 911 next week. I was tracking where I am at with My Porsche. It's very exciting, isn't it?
The model is 4GTS, but the color is Chalk (crayon), manual, with rear axle steering. I was surprised that the specifications are similar to Mina's 911. Luckily(?), the car has a high gloss black aero kit. I was able to add a high-gloss black aero kit. The rear wing is not very popular with women, but I don't mind at all.
I look forward to your review after delivery!

    • Mina.Mina.

      Mr. SN.
      It's been a while!
Are you still in the U.S. today?

      Oh! 911 delivered...!
I'm kind of very happy that the timing is exactly the same and the specifications are similar ^^^.

      911のリアアクスル、とても楽しみですね^^
I hope to give many more reviews on my blog!
