A Fresh New Look for the Blog!

Hello to everyone who reads the blog regularly, and to those visiting for the first time. “Welcome Home, PORSCHE” has just had a major makeover. As part of the update, we’ve moved the entire blog from Hatena Blog to WordPress. (All the original article URLs have been preserved, so your bookmarks will still work.)

A Blog That Started on a Whim

I started blogging in June 2017, after my husband suggested:

“If you love the Panamera that much, why not start a blog about it?”

At first, I didn’t take it too seriously. I’d write posts in my spare time alongside work, and the daily visitor count was often just “one” or “two”—clearly just my husband and me reading! But before I knew it, the blog had more than 100 Hatena Blog followers, traffic was growing, and readers were leaving lots of comments and messages.

Even my amateurish posts started appearing in search results for Panamera- and Porsche-related keywords. These days, although I haven’t been posting as often, many people still visit the blog every day.

A Fresh New Look for the Blog!

Then, around last month, I started thinking:

Now that the blog has grown this much, I can’t keep writing halfheartedly. From here on, I want to take it seriously and give it the time and attention it deserves.

With the redesign still fresh, some older posts don’t yet have featured images, and a few settings are still being carried over. I’ll work through those updates gradually, while continuing to share posts that are both useful and enjoyable for you.

Thank you for reading, and I hope you’ll continue to follow along!
