The Big Delivery Day!

Last Friday, my husband got a message from his brother-in-law: “The Panamera Turbo Sport Turismo is being delivered on Saturday. I’m picking it up at the dealership—would it be okay if I stopped by on my way home?”

Oh… it’s finally being delivered…! It happened sooner than I expected.

So yesterday, I spent the morning feeling a little restless. My husband was getting ready, saying, “It’s such a beautiful day. When your brother gets here, let’s head up Royu and take some photos together.”

In the End, We Just Got a Look

By late afternoon, there was still no sign of my brother-in-law, and we were wondering what had happened. It turned out that an error message had popped up soon after delivery, so the dealership was checking it out (yikes!). He didn’t arrive at our house until almost 6 p.m.

It would be too dark to head up Royu at that point, so we decided to save the proper photo shoot and test drive for another time. Yesterday, we just got to admire the car—and here are a few photos.

Maybe it’s obvious, but from the front, you really can’t tell whether it’s a Panamera or a Sport Turismo. Here’s a look inside.

The red seat belts give the cabin a really sporty look. It’s only from the rear that you can really tell it’s a Sport Turismo.

Anyway, my husband has been saying since yesterday, “I’m going to load up all my camera gear soon, get a closer look at my brother’s Panamera Sport Turismo, and write a comparison of how it drives versus our Panamera!” (He’s pretty excited!)

I’d love to go for a ride on a sunny weekend soon. (But I’m a real storm magnet, so it always pours whenever I go somewhere—fingers crossed! (*_*))
