A Video That Captures the Charm of the Porsche Boxster

Boxster: Daily Inspiration
I’ve written about this on the blog a few times, but whenever my husband comes home driving his Boxster GTS, he still says with awe,
The Boxster is just amazing. Seriously, it’s such a great car.
He says this as if the Boxster was delivered just yesterday, feeling that same excitement every single time he drives it, without fail, lol.
I’ve only recently gotten comfortable driving the manual Boxster myself, so I really understand how he feels. That said, his Boxster has over 38,000 km on it, and even after driving all over Japan, he still feels that excitement. I thought, “That’s interesting—he must really love it.”
Before the GT3, Another Look at the Boxster
Then the other day, as I was planning to make the fourth video in the series, I started looking for footage and found lots of videos my husband had taken while driving the Boxster. Scenes from touring, driving on the Royu Driveway, participating in the Porsche Track Experience (formerly Porsche Driving School), and running laps at Fuji Speedway, among others…
Watching these videos closely, I was reminded once again that the Boxster is truly amazing—no matter how many different situations it’s driven in, the more you drive it, the more new charms it reveals.
Actually, I was planning to make a GT3 video next, but after my husband spent a whole day filming the GT3 recently, he said,
The engine sound didn’t come out right. I’m not satisfied at all. I’m going to study more and shoot it again, so this video is a no-go.
(I thought it was fine, lol) so I decided to make another video showcasing the wonderful Boxster, continuing from last time.
Showcasing the Boxster’s Appeal
The last Boxster video I made was a bit over-the-top with excitement, almost like a husband-and-wife comedy sketch with a strong Kansai vibe… so this time I thought, “Let’s make a cool, sleek Boxster video.” But in the end, I think it still turned out to have some fun, lighthearted moments.
One difference is that while the previous video didn’t have much engine sound, this time I was able to include quite a bit of the Boxster’s engine roar.
The concept of the video is that my husband is given the mission to master the Boxster GTS and sets off to drive in various situations (what kind of setup is that, lol). Please have a look if you’re interested.
If you’d also like to see videos of the Panamera, GT3, and air-cooled models in the future, I’d be thrilled if you could subscribe to the channel. (Thank you so much to everyone who has already subscribed!)
