Gathered All Our Porsche Goods — Bags, Mini Cars, Tableware, and More

A Collection of Porsche Goods
At our home, we have quite a few Porsche items. However, most of them weren’t bought by us directly; they’re mostly novelty goods from the nearest Porsche Center’s Porsche Fair or souvenirs we received when we went to watch the WEC.
Recently, the number of Porsche goods has increased even more, including things like a 911 GT3 tailpipe stereo and an office chair. So, I decided to take this opportunity to pull everything out and gather all the Porsche goods we have at home.
Tableware
First, the Porsche item we use most often at home is this small plate.
It features illustrations of the 718 Boxster, Macan GTS, 911 Carrera, and 919 Hybrid. Since it’s a small plate, I initially thought, “I probably won’t have much use for it…” but it’s actually quite handy for serving small side dishes or as a personal plate. By the way, my husband eats a small rice ball for breakfast every day, and he always puts it on this small plate.
To give you an idea of the plate’s size, I placed some konjac jelly snacks that the kids had nearby on it. I wonder if you can get a sense of the scale…
Well, maybe that actually makes it harder to tell… haha.
Actually, we have three sets of these four small plates, and we gave one set to my brother’s family, so we still have one brand-new set left.
They come in gift-like packaging, so they’d probably make a nice little present for Porsche fans.
Next up are Porsche chopstick rests. (Knife and fork rests)
Sorry they look pretty dirty… We have all models: Boxster, 911, Macan, Panamera, Cayman, and Cayenne.
On the back, the word PORSCHE is engraved (sorry again for the dirt).
Here’s how it looks with chopsticks resting on it.
It has a different, more Western feel than typical chopstick rests, but I think it’s nice. By the way, when placed together with the small plates I mentioned earlier, it creates this kind of vibe.
…Although I almost never eat anything on just one of these small plates… Looking at it like this, maybe it’s good for serving tea snacks? …No, that might be weird.
Next is a PORSCHE espresso cup. I think my husband received this as a gift.
It’s very stylish and cute, but since it’s an espresso cup and very small, there aren’t many chances to use it.
Sometimes we drink coffee with a Nespresso machine, but we don’t usually use such fancy cups. Also, when I drink espresso, I mix it with soy milk, so honestly, I’d prefer a mug. Unfortunately, this might not get used even once a year.
Next is a PORSCHE beer glass.
The glass is pretty dirty… lol
Neither my husband nor I drink alcohol, so we don’t use it when it’s just the two of us, but recently, when some friends who enjoy drinking came over for dinner, we poured beer in it for the first time. It’s easy to hold and has a simple design, so I think it would be very handy for households where beer is often enjoyed. Well, it would probably be fine for tea too.
Also, we have a placemat we got at the Porsche 70th Anniversary Fair. It’s pure white, thick, and made of sturdy fabric.
But since it’s pure white and would be a shame if it got dirty, we’ve never used it.
Porsche Bags, Shoes, Clothes…
Next is the PORSCHE backpack we take when we go to watch WEC or circuit races. This is really useful.
It has lots of pockets and can hold a lot of stuff. The red strap adds a nice accent and can be tucked away on the back so it’s not visible, which changes the look of the design.
My husband bought one, and then when we went to watch the WEC together, we each received one as a souvenir from the PORSCHE lounge, so we ended up with three backpacks… We gave one to an acquaintance.
When we go to races together, we both carry these backpacks, so I sometimes wonder if people around us think, “Wow, what a Porsche-obsessed couple!” lol
Also, there’s a Rimowa suitcase my husband takes on solo long tours.
It’s very light and easy to carry. Also, it has a handle on the side, which is convenient when taking it out of the trunk. I wonder if this design was made with Porsche fans in mind.
Next is a PORSCHE cushion. I think this was also a novelty item.
It opens up into a cushion, which would be handy to sit on when watching races at the circuit.
By the way, we’ve never used it yet.
Then there’s a Porsche cap. (Baseball cap) We got this as a souvenir when we went to watch the WEC. Actual Porsche team members were wearing the same cap.
The design is cool, but since we have no official connection, I feel a bit awkward or embarrassed wearing something that makes me look like a team member… lol So I haven’t worn it yet.
Also, this isn’t Porsche Design or an official Porsche product, but it’s a sweatshirt. It was sold by an overseas individual seller and bought as a birthday gift for my husband. He said he plans to wear it when we go to the Royu Driveway.
Then there are Porsche Design shoes. Unfortunately, Porsche Design goods can’t be bought in Japan, so my husband bought these directly at a store during a business trip to the U.S.
They look cool, but the rubber sole is thick and distinctive, making them somewhat difficult to drive in. Since my husband usually drives to work, he doesn’t wear these shoes often.
Next is a Porsche folding umbrella. I think I gave this to my husband as a birthday present two years ago.
The umbrella is quite large and easy to open, and folds down compactly for easy carrying.
The design features the word “PORSCHE” prominently, so if used daily, people might think, “Is this person affiliated with Porsche?” lol But my husband usually takes this umbrella when we go to the circuit.
Porsche Mini Cars and More
We also have a lot of Porsche mini cars at home, including Panamera, Boxster, and 911 GT2 models…
We also display a Carrera Cup car mini car we received.
However, the shelves are already filled with mini cars, so I’m thinking we need to set up new shelves. (By the way, these shelves were bought at Nitori for about 900 yen each.)
We also have some larger-sized mini cars (which are hardly mini cars anymore).
Other Porsche Goods
We have a portable storage box that we received as a novelty item at a Porsche Fair. We weren’t sure what to put inside it, so for now, we use it to store our car wash tools.
Then there’s a toy car for the kids.
It came to our home about four years ago, and our daughters love it. They still fight over it and play on it together.
It has a Porsche crest sticker on the front, a triple gauge cluster at the driver’s seat, and the horn makes a sound when pressed—pretty impressive for a kid’s toy.
We also have a 2019 calendar. It’s more like a poster than a calendar.
The dates are shown very small at the bottom, and there’s no space for notes, but you can enjoy photos of Porsche’s iconic cars every month. For example, February features a stunning photo of all the historic 911 Turbos lined up. So beautiful—I’d love to take photos like that someday.
Also, there’s the Porsche office chair I introduced on this blog before,
and the Bluetooth stereo shaped like a 911 GT3 tailpipe that I also introduced on the blog.
That’s all the Porsche goods we have at home. I tried to list everything I could think of, but I feel like I might have forgotten a few items… Many of these Porsche goods are no longer officially sold or were never for sale, but there seem to be quite a few secondhand items available on Mercari, so if you’re interested, please check them out.
