A True Sanctuary for Car Lovers

When I visited Café Seven the other day, I was treated to a lineup of Porsches you don’t often see. It more than lived up to its reputation as a sanctuary for car enthusiasts.

(That’s what it looked like. Ferraris, Lamborghinis, and BMWs were there, too.)

Today, I’d like to introduce some of the Porsches that showed up.

① Boxster (986)

It was parked with the top down and looked absolutely adorable.

② Cayman GT4

The blacked-out headlights look fantastic. It has a more aggressive presence than the standard model, yet seeing it in white reminded me just how elegant and beautiful the color is.

③ 911 GT3 RS

There it is!!! ( ゚д゚ )!!!
I don’t think I’d ever seen a GT3 RS parked so casually outside a dealership before. Incredible… Compared with the GT3, that rear wing really is enormous.

④ 911 Turbo S

From the front, I thought, “Wow, what a gorgeous 911,” so I walked around to the back—and couldn’t believe it. A Turbo S! A Turbo with an extra “S” on top… I can only imagine what it costs. The silver looked beautiful, too, really catching the light on a sunny day.

⑤ A Trio of Porsches

I even managed to get a shot of a lineup you don’t see every day. From left to right: Boxster GTS, 911 GTS, and 911 GT3 RS.

What an incredible trio. And considering there were Ferraris and Lamborghinis there, too, the combined value of all the cars must have easily topped 200 million yen. As I headed home, I caught myself thinking, “If a missile hit this place right now, it would be a disaster.” Not exactly a realistic thought—but I left thoroughly satisfied.

One Last, Unforgettable Shot

I was still thinking, “There were so many amazing cars,” when I stopped at a traffic light about five minutes from home. And there, right beside us, was a Boxster Spyder!

A photo of my husband’s Boxster GTS alongside a Boxster Spyder was a sight I might not get to see again anytime soon, so I couldn’t resist taking photo after photo. What a luxury.

Apparently, Café Seven is usually packed with sports cars and supercars on weekends, so you might get to see some iconic models just by stopping by!
