When I go to a luxury car dealer for the first time, should I call and make an appointment?

My Family's Car Life

Go to a luxury car dealer

It takes a lot of courage to go to a luxury car dealer for the first time. I myself have been known to say, "I'm not aIf I go there...I remember saying, "I didn't follow my husband when he ordered his Boxster," and I remember the first time I set foot in a Porsche dealership when he took delivery of the car.

There are so many different opinions about the question in the title of today's article, "Should I call and make an appointment when I go to a luxury car dealership for the first time?" that I've been browsing the Internet and found that there are a lot of different opinions about it.When you go to a dealership for the first time, you don't need to make an appointment. Just drop in casually on a whim. Many people seem to be of the opinion that

But when it comes to luxury car dealers, it's hard to just drop in.... "I was brave enough to go there, but they didn't take me seriously at all.It would be a huge shock if that happened.

I also think the story on this depends a lot on what kind of tension this side is willing to go through. I think it's a good idea to have a "go to."I'm ready to buy.Is it "I want to see the actual car, and I want a catalog. Is it "I'm considering a replacement within a year, so I came here to look at potential candidates....etc.

So today, I would like to write about "how we do it at home" and "what I have heard from people I know" as just one example.

First time, Porsche dealer

First, we will discuss the "When I go to a high-end dealer for the first time, should I call and make an appointment? As for the "about", in our family we make some form of reservation to go there.

The story goes back to a time when neither my husband nor I had yet been to a Porsche dealership. At the time, my husband said, "I'm on the verge of buying a Boxster, but not right now.I was in a situation where I was in a situation where I had to

Then, one weekday evening. My work meeting ended early, so I went to "Visit a Porsche dealer to see a Boxster.' I had a sudden thought, called the dealer, and said, 'I'm going to go to theI would like to go see the Boxster now, is there a car on display?I asked him if he would like to visit, and he said, "Please come," so he went to the Porsche dealer for the first time on that very same day.

Call me, not for a test drive, but for a "I want to see the cars on display.I told them, "I'm not going to be a part of this.

I had never seen a Boxster properly with my own eyes, so I wanted to see it first.

He also mentioned that he visited the dealership after he was ready to buy a Boxster. He also mentioned that he visited the dealership after he had a good idea of where he could buy a Boxster.

Because even if you go there and get an explanation, if you can't buy it in the first place, well....

He said.

I remember that I once spoke with a person who was familiar with luxury car dealerships, and he had this to say.

If you were to make a sudden trip to the dealership. If it's crowded, you won't get a good response. They may not be ready. Also, they may not be able to provide you with satisfactory information because they are not ready. So, if you are going to go, it would be better to call and make an appointment. Maybe they will have a car for you to test drive.

He said. At that time, I asked, "For example, what would it be like for a woman like me to call a luxury car dealership to make an appointment? Also, is there such a thing as being too young to be lured...?" I asked.

I don't think so. Lately.More career women and young people are buying luxury cars.So I don't think you need to worry about that. Also, if it's hard to go on a regular day, maybe you could contact them and go to a test drive fair. It's easier to go at a fair.

This was the first time I had ever heard of this. I see.

Purchase Intent

Secondly, my husband heard him interacting with the dealership representative and my thought was.Are you willing to buy it or not?I think my husband always tells them in advance about "the(whether for the first or second time)

For example, when I get a call from a VW or a BMW.

'But I don't plan to replace it anytime soon, and I may simply be taking it for a test drive, is that okay with you?'

He often says lines such as.

Also, when I go to other luxury car dealerships to test drive

I would like to test drive ____, but the resale isn't good, so I may look for a used one. However, I would like to drive it first to see what it is like. Would that still be okay?"

He told us that he had a story to tell.

."How positive are customers about making a purchase?I think the way the sales people take the story to the next level depends on the "what's the best way to go about it? The most unfortunate is that "Gaps in perception on both sides, wasting each other's time.I thought it was important to be clear about this at the outset.

However, it was unexpectedly quick from the time my husband was first shown the Boxster on display to the time he ordered it, and the BMW 320i (F30) in our home, too, was also ordered in advance by calling theI'm looking at a lot of other things, but I'd like to go see it anyway as one of the candidates.I told him that I had no intention of buying anything, but within two hours of arriving at the store, he had signed the order form (laugh).

I feel that we need to be very careful these days because "once you visit a dealer and see the actual car, you will want it all at once...".

  1. Buserbeater!

    Please excuse my first comment.
I thought your husband's line to the dealer would be a pleasant exchange for both parties. I will use this as a reference when I visit the dealership as well.

And thank you for saying so.

I think the way we visit dealers is different for everyone.
      I'm a little curious to know how you guys are asking...;

  2. Fallings.

I go without making any reservations at all.
If I tell them I am interested in a car there, they are usually very polite.

      I see!
But I do think that there are customers who come without reservations, but the staff is also very attentive to their needs.
      I guess you don't have to worry about it that much ^^;
