Purchased a Genuine Porsche Leather Key Case: Quality and Usability Review

Porsche Key Cases
Currently, our household has six cars, and the shelf where we hang the car keys has become quite a chaotic mess.
Since some cars have two keys for my spouse and me, the number of keys has actually grown beyond the number of cars.
I had been attaching the Porsche Crest keychain we received at delivery to the Porsche keys, but I was worried about the keychain wearing down from rubbing against the metal parts.

The second from the left and the far right keychains are sold at the Porsche Museum in Germany. They have a different crest attachment method, and both the leather and crest textures are excellent with high durability.
Also, when rushing out of the house, I sometimes accidentally took the wrong car key (all my keys have red keychains), and only realized at the car, “Oh no, this isn’t the right key!” and had to rush back inside to get the correct one.
Then my husband said,
Suncoast (an American online shop selling Porsche parts and accessories) has something he wants to buy, so maybe he’ll order a key case too. The leather key cases look pretty cool, and you can choose the exact interior color matching the car, so it might be nice to get some for the Cayenne and 992. Plus, they’re about half the price of what the Japanese dealer charges.
The leather key case my husband wanted is currently available for $139. About a week after ordering, the key case arrived, so we immediately attached the keys.
It looks great! The metal part is engraved with “PORSCHE.”
Here’s how it looks from the back.
Pulling the key out a bit reveals the Porsche crest.
The texture is very nice and luxurious, easy to hold, and just feels right. Well, it does cost around 15,000 yen after all… By the way, I ordered a red leather key case (Bordeaux Red) for the Cayenne. My husband ordered a Mojave Beige one for the 992 (911 Cabriolet) and a classic key pouch for the air-cooled Porsche.
For my husband’s 992 (911 Cabriolet) key, he uses an Aventurine Green key cover (matching our 992’s body color) underneath the Mojave Beige leather key case (matching the interior color). Quite the combo!
The classic key pouch for the air-cooled Porsche looks like this. The texture is a bit hard to capture in photos, but the classic leather feel is really nice.
We hung them on the shelf, so hopefully this will prevent any more mix-ups with the keys.
Regarding buying from Suncoast, my husband said,
Even though it’s cheaper than buying from a Japanese Porsche dealer, shipping costs 5,000 yen plus some customs duty, so we try to order multiple items at once. Also, it’s best to buy when the yen is strong because if the yen weakens, prices can get quite high. So it’s worth considering the timing when purchasing.
I wonder what kind of key cases other Porsche owners usually use?
