Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT Converted into a Minivan
Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Meta (Facebook), has reportedly converted a Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT into a minivan for his wife, Priscilla Chan. This surprising transformation was realized in collaboration with the Los Angeles-based custom shop, West Coast Customs.

This modification transforms the standard SUV Cayenne Turbo GT into a minivan equipped with electric sliding doors. By extending the frame and securing the practical space expected of a minivan, it manages to maintain Porsche’s signature high performance, creating a one-of-a-kind vehicle that balances seemingly opposing qualities.
The Zuckerbergs’ Attention to Detail Shines in “His & Hers”
Not only did Zuckerberg convert the Cayenne Turbo GT into a minivan for his wife, but he also customized a Porsche 911 GT3 Touring for himself. Both cars were finished in the same slate gray color, creating a pair themed “His & Hers.”

On his Instagram, Zuckerberg commented, “A new side quest. Priscilla wanted a minivan, so I designed what I was sure should exist: a Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT minivan. To make it ‘His & Hers,’ I added a manual GT3 Touring as well.”
Porsche’s Minivan Concept
In fact, Porsche has officially unveiled a minivan concept before. In 2020, they revealed the “Porsche Vision Renndienst,” a minivan concept seating up to six people. This concept, conceived in 2018, aimed to offer a spacious family vehicle while maintaining Porsche’s unique performance DNA.
Zuckerberg’s Cayenne Turbo GT-based minivan could be seen as a realization of this concept. It inherits Porsche’s DNA while pursuing practicality, likely drawing attention from many Porsche enthusiasts.
Performance of the Base Cayenne Turbo GT
The previous-generation Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT Coupe chosen by Zuckerberg as the base is a highly regarded vehicle for its performance. It has set five records in MotorTrend’s SUV performance tests, including 0-60 mph acceleration and quarter-mile times.
This model is equipped with a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine producing 640 horsepower. Additionally, it features Porsche’s Sport Chrono Package, launch control, torque vectoring AWD, adaptive air suspension, active anti-roll bars, carbon-ceramic brakes, rear-axle steering, and 22-inch ultra-high-performance tires—the latest technologies are generously incorporated.
The luxurious Cayenne Turbo GT Coupe starts at $197,950 (about 29.7 million yen) in the U.S., and with options, it exceeds $200,000 (about 30 million yen). Since Zuckerberg’s custom minivan includes modification costs on top of this base price, its value likely surpasses imagination.
Zuckerberg’s astonishing modification is truly impressive. If this inspires Porsche itself to put more effort into developing family-oriented Porsche models, that would be an exciting development in its own right.
