A Change of Heart…

It’s been almost two months since I started writing this blog, and something has changed significantly for me: I’ve decided to buy a Panamera. You might be thinking, “Wait, haven’t you been saying that all along? Wasn’t that already the plan?” Well, not quite.

Before I started the blog, I was only thinking, “It would be nice if I could buy a Panamera.” I had this rather naive feeling that if I just hoped hard enough, maybe one day I’d be able to buy one. I’d also heard:

If you want something too badly, you can become overly focused on the fact that you don’t have it yet. That’s not always helpful; sometimes you need to let go.

That sounded like it could be true, so I tried not to dwell on it too much.

But since starting this blog—and making up my mind to own a Panamera—I’ve found myself imagining what it would be like to buy one with my own money more vividly than ever. Thinking about it every day has led me to consider things more concretely, such as:

・How much I’d need to spend to get the kind of Panamera I want
・How much it would cost to own and maintain
・Whether a Panamera really is the best choice for me

As a result, my image of life as a Panamera owner has become much more real.

And it’s all because I started writing this blog. I’ve been able to keep it going thanks to everyone who stops by every day. Now that I’ve said it out loud, there’s only one goal: to make it happen. I’ll give it everything I’ve got! No—I will!
