Run around Omura Bay

Arriving at the hotel was unexpectedly late yesterday, so today is a little late start. Get dressed and check out the hotel. Today, I will run around Omura Bay first.

Head toward Isahaya City and run through the woods in sports mode. On the way, I went to Taradake Rainbow Road, though I was a little lost. This area is also a wonderful runway. I'm already full.

Then, when you enter the Taradake Orange Kaido, you will see a straight straight road with a view of the Ariake Sea in places. Silver 986 Boxster runs open from the front. The tear-eyed headlights are fresh and very cool when you look at them now.

Take a break at the Kaido sign where you can see the Ariake Sea in the distance. There are other roads around Mt. Tara that I would like to run, but I can't take it so slowly in terms of time.

After confirming the route, I decided to run 911 to the west side of Omura BayThe first time, the company was in a position to do so.

Go south on K204 from Saikai Orange Road.This is also a fast-running winding that runs through the woods. I ran through in Sports Plus mode while playing a little with the Civic Type R approaching from behind.

Take the Unzen Green Road or ferry towards Amakusa

From here, take R251 toward Unzen while running along the coast. However, the road around Mt. Fugen in Golden Week has a lot of traffic, so we cannot approach it.

This time I decided to run Unzen Green Road to Kuchinotsu Port.This Unzen Green Road is wonderful.It is the number one freeway in today's touring.

The road is good, and there are no moderate curves or straight lines, so you can run fast on the side of rice terraces and fields. It's a great road.

Load 911 on the ferry

In a blink of an eye, I ran all the way through Unzen Green Road, and while restraining my feelings of running short, I decided to take the Shimabara Ferry from Kuchinotsu Port to Amakusa.

Complete the boarding procedure and load the 911 on the ferry. This time it's a 30-minute voyage. During Golden Week, ships depart at a pace of about one per hour, and the fare is 2,990 yen.

Soon the ship arrived at Oniike Port.

Take the R324 Rosario Line along the sea and head towards the Amakusa Pearl Line.As I noticed later, there seems to be a road that runs in the middle of the island called Amakusa Ueshima Central Wide Area Farm Road, so I should have run here.

And the Amakusa Pearl Line is in heavy traffic. Since it is in the middle of GW, it does not proceed at all.

And only time goes by, and the area begins to darken. There was a road I wanted to run on this day, but it seems that I have to give up.

Personal.The 992 is more fun on the highway than the 981 and 991.The torque feeling of the turbo, stability at high speed, and comfort are further enhanced compared to the predecessor, and I think that you can enjoy monotonous high speed touring as it is.

It sounds natural if it's just words, and I don't think it's easy to convey, but I would like everyone who loves cars and driving to experience this feeling. You should be impressed that Porsche realizes such a high level of drivability.

Impressed by the stability of the 992 demons, it was before 22:00 that I ran fast at night and arrived at the hotel. I immediately took a bath and fell asleep in preparation for touring from tomorrow.
